Full Job Description
Working closely with the School Business Manager and Head teacher, you will play a key role in supporting the effective financial management of the school and ensuring our resources are used efficiently to provide the very best opportunities for our children.
- Has excellent financial administration skills and a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Has experience of managing budgets, processing orders, invoices and financial records (school finance experience would be an advantage).
- Is highly organised, able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
- Has excellent IT skills and is confident using financial management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Is proactive, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with colleagues, parents, suppliers and external agencies.
- Can maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Is flexible, solution-focused and enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Is committed to continuous professional development.
