- Is experienced in a broad finance role, with a sound understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Is confident in producing management accounts, undertaking reconciliations and monitoring budgets.
Is highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. - Is proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to identify opportunities to improve processes and working practices.
- An effective communicator, able to build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Is comfortable working independently whilst also contributing positively to a small finance team.
