Finance Manager

Sedbergh School, founded in 1525 by Roger Lupton, Provost of Eton, is one of the leading co-educational boarding Schools in the north of England. Sedbergh Schools Group is looking for a Finance Manager to join the Finance team in a fixed-term, 12 month contract. Reporting to the Financial Controller and working with colleagues across the School Group, the successful candidate be responsible for the management of accounts, budgeting, statutory accounts and returns, bank facilities and foreign currency requests. The Finance Manager will also provide day to day line management of members of the Finance team, delegating and supervising work, whilst continuously improving process and drive efficiencies.
