As a Senior Finance Manager based in Ripon, you'll be responsible for:
Leading the delivery of the Group's consolidated monthly and year-end financial results.
Managing and developing a small finance team to drive high performance.
Improving financial processes and controls to strengthen the Group's reporting.
Owning key relationships with auditors and senior stakeholders across the Group.
Providing expert guidance on accounting standards and supporting key change projects.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.
And here's what we'd like you to have

A recognised accounting qualification (ACA or equivalent) and solid experience in group financial reporting.
Strong technical accounting skills, including expertise in IFRS and consolidation.
Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate a high-performing team.
Clear, confident communication skills, able to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
A proactive, detail-driven and commercially minded approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and high standards.
