Cox Automotive is transforming the way the world buys, sells, owns and uses vehicles-and we're looking for a talented Finance Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role where you'll partner with senior stakeholders, lead on financial insight, and play a key part in driving performance across our Wholesale business and Centres of Excellence. What you'll be doing As Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of key financial processes while acting as a trusted business partner. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving FP&A activity - delivering meaningful insights, analysis and financial modelling to support strategic decisions
- Owning month-end close for Centres of Excellence, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Leading financial reporting - producing management accounts, KPIs and performance commentary
- Budgeting & forecasting - partnering with stakeholders to challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities
- Ensuring audit & compliance - maintaining robust controls and supporting internal/external audits
- Improving processes - identifying efficiencies and enhancing systems and reporting
- Supporting and mentoring analysts, fostering a high-performance culture

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders. You'll bring: - A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong experience across financial control, reporting and FP&A
- A track record of delivering high-quality insights to senior leadership
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with tools like Power BI or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment What makes you stand out
