You'll gain hands-on experience in a complex manufacturing environment, taking real accountability from day one.Typical rotations

include: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Commercial Finance -Supporting commercial teams, analysing customer profitability, pricing activity. Operations Finance - Working with factory teams on cost, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Group Finance - Financial accounting, reporting, internal audit, treasury.Each rotation is designed to give you broad exposure to how our business operates, helping you understand the full financial picture behind producing food at scale.Professional Development & SupportWe're committed to helping you build a long-term finance career. Minimum 3 A-Levels. Strong analytical and
numerical skills. Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive mindset and the resilience to thrive in a fast-moving environment. Eligibility to work in the UK.
