What You'll Be Doing

You'll support high-quality financial services across the organisation through our structured development programme. This graduate role provides hands-on experience across key finance functions:

• Management accounts and financial accounting


• Rents and service charges


• Treasury and purchase ledger


• Business partnering

You'll gain deep understanding of the housing sector while contributing to effective financial resource management.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics or related discipline


• Strong numerical and analytical skills


• Excellent attention to detail


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel


• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Desirable

• Knowledge of the housing sector


• Experience using financial systems


• Willingness to study a professional qualification (CIPFA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
