We're looking for a motivated Finance Graduate to join our central finance team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure across multiple departments while contributing to high-quality financial support across the business.
From assisting with month-end processes to analysing data and delivering insights, you'll build a strong foundation in financial operations-while working closely with experienced professionals who will support your progression toward producing full management accounts.
With full study support for ACCA or CIMA, this role is ideal for a graduate ready to learn, grow, and make an impact., + Rotate across different finance functions to build a broad understanding
+ Support month-end processes and develop toward full management accounts preparation
+ Maintain and manage the fixed assets register
+ Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations
+ Assist with year-end audits
+ Produce and analyse KPI reports
+ Turn financial data into meaningful insights for management
+ Collaborate with teams across the business to support operations and growth

+ Minimum 2:1 degree (or predicted) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
+ Good working knowledge of Excel / MS Office
+ Commercial awareness and interest in business
+ Confident communication skills, with the ability to work with non-finance colleagues
