Please do not contact the recruiter directly.Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure.Short DescriptionFunction: Finance (CFO)Reports to: VP Group FinanceLocation: Colt House, Shoreditch, London Set up: HybridWhat you will doOversight and coordination of the month-end / quarter-end financial close process, including reporting requirements to shareholders.Delivering the Group's IFRS Consolidated Annual Report.Delivering the Group's Subsidiary accounts (Local GAAP) meeting local compliance requirements.Leading the Group and local audit processes; ensuring efficiently managed to required timescales.Technical accounting guidance/support under IFRS, drafting/reviewing papers on large

and/or complex arrangementsDrafting Audit Committee papers & board level materialsDriving finance transformation and efficiencies; ways of working, reporting and system improvements & utilising Automation and AILeading and developing a high performing teamDriving improvements in the controls & governance frameworkOwning accounting policies, spend policies and wider-finance policiesOwning CSRD / UK SRS reporting requirements (when & where applicable) & supporting broader sustainability reporting requirements Providing assistance to country, divisional, and shared service centre finance teams, as well as Group tax in a multi-national environmentUndertake other tasks and commercial analysis covering all aspects of Group Finance, including project-related workWhat we're looking forTypical tasks and responsibilities will include:Qualified Accountant with 10 years + experienceWorking at Director level in practice or within an international / high-performing Group Finance teamTechnically
strong with up to date IFRS knowledge (US GAAP desirable)Ideally Big-4 qualified accountantAnalytical background with a solutions-based approach to workConfident and motivated individual who can work using their own initiativeAbility to work with Excel, PPT, ERP toolsExperience of effectively and confidently communicating at all levels across an organisation up to Senior StakeholdersExperience with M&A activity, integration and/or systems transformation highly desirable.
