You'll sit at the heart of a newly restructured Board, leading financial strategy, commercial performance, and long-term sustainability across a diverse portfolio of estates, facilities, sustainability, medical engineering and capital project services.

What you'll lead

• Long-term financial strategy, planning and reporting


• Commercial strategy, contract performance and negotiations


• Business development and growth opportunities


• Governance, assurance and risk management


• Efficiency, transformation and value-for-money programmes

What you'll bring

• A professional accountancy qualification (CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW)


• Senior financial leadership experience in a contract-driven environment


• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing FM/estates contracts


• A collaborative, values-driven approach aligned with public-service ethos


• Experience working with public-sector clients - ideally the NHS


• Demonstrates and champions Vital Services and BWC NHSFT values - ambitious, brave, compassionate


• Operates with integrity, transparency, and commercial discipline
