Full Job Description

We are looking for a new member of the team to support Active Kent & Medway's financial and operational functions, ensuring robust financial stewardship, effective resource management, and operational excellence. The role will be to provide efficient and accurate financial processes, HR administration, and operational systems within a publicly funded, not-for-profit environment, ensuring effective use of resources and a positive employee experience.

This role supports the strategic and day-to-day delivery of the organisation's mission by ensuring compliance, sustainability, and efficiency across all support services., This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
