Finance Business Partner

We're looking for experienced Finance Business Partners to provide high-quality financial advice, insight, and challenge across the Children's and Place services. You'll support strategic decision-making, influence outcomes, and play a key role in delivering the Council's medium-term financial strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and service leadersLead on budget setting, monitoring, and financial planningProvide clear analysis and insight to support decision-makingChallenge and influence to ensure value for money and effective use of resourcesSupport development of financial strategies, business cases, and service improvementsMonitor performance and drive continuous improvement in financial processesEnsure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirementsAbout YouCCAB qualified (or equivalent) with substantial experienceStrong background in financial planning, budgeting, and, business partneringProven ability to influence and
