Finance Business Partner

We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner who will bereporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Business Partner (FBP) works 'in the business' as the finance representative in the Assets and Development management team with responsibility to provide financial analysis and insight to help develop understanding of the financial performance of the department, challenge ingrained thinking and be a catalyst for change. Working closely with the Director of Assets and Development, this role uses financial expertise, a deep business knowledge of the issues and risks that could impact upon financial

performance of the directorate. This role is an 18-month fixed term contract, with a salary of £53,966. Criteria for the role: Experience of managing complex problems, demonstrating the ability to breakdown the problem into actionable component parts and work with others to complete the tasks required for resolution. Experience of complex project management, requiring cross functional coordination in effective and timely delivery of identified outcomes. Experience using technical expertise in a business partnering/consultative role where actions and influencing are required to achieve the optimum collective result.
