Our Finance team plays a critical role at the heart of commercial and operational performance, and we are now looking for ambitious Finance Business Partners to join us across both Commercial and Supply Chain. About the Roles These roles are integral to shaping business performance through insight, challenge, and partnership. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will support decision-making across trading, investment, and operational execution. Whether partnering with Commercial teams or Production leadership, you will:

  • Provide financial leadership and challenge to key business decisions
  • Use data and insight to identify opportunities, risks, and trends
  • Influence strategy across pricing, investment, cost, and operational performance
  • Drive continuous improvement in how we plan, forecast, and report
  • You'll be part of a function that is evolving rapidly - embracing advanced analytics, automation and AI-enabled tools to deliver faster, sharper insights. Key Responsibilities Across our Finance Business Partner roles, you will: Business Partnering & Insight
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance and accountability
  • Translate financial data into clear, actionable insight for non-finance audiences
  • Provide independent challenge on plans, investments, and commercial decisions
  • Planning, Forecasting & Reporting
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting cycles
  • Ensure strong understanding of drivers of variance and underlying trends
  • Improve forecast accuracy and alignment with business expectations
  • Performance & Value Creation
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and business initiatives (e.g. pricing, promotions, capital spend)
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and cash performance
  • Control, Governance & Compliance
  • Maintain robust financial control and governance across your area
  • Support period-end close, balance sheet integrity, and audit requirements
  • Transformation & Continuous Improvement
  • Drive automation, simplification, and improved ways of working
  • Support and coach offshore analyst teams to improve output quality and insight
  • Leverage tools and technology to enhance finance capability

    We're looking for progressive, high-potential finance professionals who are eager to grow and make an impact., Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling capability
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance management
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving skills, A passion for data and advanced analytics
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Query, or similar
  • Curiosity about AI-enabled tools (e.g. Copilot) and how they can transform finance
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and automation
  • Exposure to commercial (pricing, promotions, customers) or operational (cost, supply chain, production) environments
