Full Job Description

We're seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team and support our Racing, IT and Central Functions. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing insight, challenge and analysis to drive performance and informed decision making. As a trusted partner to departmental leaders, you'll play a key part in shaping financial outcomes, managing operating and capital expenditure, and supporting compliance with the F1 Cost Cap.,

  • Own the planning, forecasting and reporting processes for Operating Expenditure across assigned departments
  • Act as the finance lead for budget holders, providing expert advice and driving strong financial performance
  • Deliver insightful variance analysis, identifying risks, opportunities and mitigating actions
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support cost optimisation, resource allocation and business decisions
  • Lead Capital Expenditure planning and reporting, ensuring targets are met and investments are well governed
  • Prepare and present clear performance updates to senior leadership
  • Apply investment appraisal techniques and challenge business cases with a commercial mindset
  • Support effective cash management, working closely with Purchasing and key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the management and ongoing development of Cost Cap financial regulations, ensuring forecasting accuracy and compliance

    Strong technical finance background; QBE or qualified (ACCA / ACA / CIMA / AAT)
  • Experience in a management accounting or finance partnering role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong systems knowledge, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
