Full Job Description
- Act as a leader within the Business Management function, collaborating across the organisation to support current and future programme needs
- Provide clear financial analysis and insight to programme and leadership teams, influencing operational and strategic decisions
- Take ownership of assigned accounts and programmes, ensuring accurate, timely and transparent financial management and reporting
- Deliver robust forecasting, including IF, AOP, EACs and contract reporting in line with company policy
- Support pricing activity for change orders, time and materials frameworks and complex opportunities
- Conduct regular project-level financial reviews to ensure accurate revenue recognition and contract performance
Working within a fast-paced and collaborative Business Finance team, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of projects across the NSS business area. You don't need a defence background - what matters is your business partnering experience, attention to detail and ability to influence through insight., Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar commercial finance role - Strong numerical and analytical capability, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query desirable)
- Commercially aware, with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders
- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing positively within a team environment
