Full Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join our small Finance team in providing effective and efficient finance and income functions to meet the needs of the school. The successful candidate will have a good standard of education in English and mathematics to at least GCSE C/4 level, together with experience of working in a finance department preferably within a school environment. Any necessary training will be provided.
The role is for 20-25 hours per week, term time plus one holiday working week. There is flexibility around how these hours are worked, by mutual agreement with the Chief Finance Officer. Candidates are asked to indicate their preferred working hours in their application letter. The salary for this position is paid at NJC Point 7-11 pro rata (£27,274 to £29,071 for full-time equivalent).
