Full Job Description
- Processing daily banking receipts and ensuring accurate banking records are maintained
- Processing of Accounts Payable invoices
- Produce weekly AP payment runs
- Control and maintain the PO system
- Monitor and control of void unit costs through external portals
- Tenant deposit returns and tenant refunds
- Support in preparation of accruals
- Adhoc data reporting tasks
- Helping and supporting site teams with AP and ledger quires
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload to strict deadlines
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- AAT qualified (or working towards) Desirable
- Previous property accounts experience would be an advantage
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
This is a full time, permanent role and available to start immediately! We welcome applications from both immediately available candidates or within 1 month notice due to business continuity and in return, we are offering you a basic annual salary of up to £30,000, 23 days holiday plus your birthday as an extra day off and so much more!
