Full Job Description
Breckland Alliance Primary Care Network has an opportunity for a finance assistantto join our busy practice support team and assist in the smooth delivery of excellent patient care. This role is offeredon a part-time basis, for 15 hours per week, on a fixed-term 12-month maternity cover., The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Processing supplier invoices and ensuring appropriate authorisation
- Maintaining the purchase ledger and supporting payment runs
- Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash using QuickBooks
- Recording customer payments and inputting claims
- Maintaining accurate electronic financial records and filing systems
- Assisting with payroll journals and partner drawings
- Providing cover for the Finance Officer when required
- Supporting general finance administration as needed
