Full Job Description

The Finance Apprentice will support the Central Finance Team in the day-to-day delivery of financial administration across St Joseph Catholic Multi Academy Trust. Working alongside experienced finance professionals, the postholder will gain practical experience in education finance while studying towards the Level 3 AAT Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship qualification. The role involves assisting with purchase and sales ledger activities, processing invoices and payments, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling transactions, responding to finance queries, and supporting month-end, year-end, and audit processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to develop professional skills within a supportive and collaborative finance environment.
