Full Job Description
· Lead month-end planning, reporting and variance analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial results · Develop a strong understanding of the IT cost base, providing insight, data and commentary to support wider FP&A reporting · Manage the offshore Genpact Finance Team, ensuring high-quality output and effective collaboration · Support business partnering activities, including month-end processes, budgeting and forecasting · Assist with the management of direct and indirect recharges across the wider business · Work with the Finance Business Partner on SG&A project initiatives as required · Maintain data integrity across SAP and Planning Analytics, and contribute to future finance system enhancements · Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency · Collaborate with Finance, Business and Group teams to deliver a consolidated view of performance, Opportunity to work and be business partner with Senior Leaders within IT function and You will be responsible for the mentoring and development of the Genpact along with the opportunity to be involved in other Finance initiatives.
- Recently qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; prior experience with SAP is advantageous It would be great if you also have · Ability to build trusted relationships and champion strong financial discipline · Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, inclusive approach to teamwork · Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement
