Finance Administrator Apprentice to be based at in our Finance Team at our head office in Amington Tamworth. What will the apprentice be doing? Working as a member of the Finance Team, you will assist primarily with the day-to-day general administration, answering phone calls, ensuring all calls are handled professionally and expediently. You will also be working alongside working alongside all finance teams. This opportunity will allow you to start your career in Finance, learning from an experienced team whilst gaining a business qualification. Training will take place in the workplace and consist of planned training sessions and project work. It will lead to a

  • A minimum of 5 GCSE or equivalent at Grade 7 - 4 including English is essential
  • GCSE or equivalent Mathematics (Grade 7 - 4) is essential
  • Skills needed, Desirable skills are, good Communication skills, IT skills, Meticulous attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Administrative skills, good maths skills and passion for numbers.

    Radis Group is a well-established and successful family run care company which has been delivering high quality care and support to over 60 Local Authorities in England and Wales. The role of Radis is to provide outcome focused care for a range of Service Users including the elderly and for people with physical and/or learning disabilities. The care provided is client-centred and ranges from brief daily visits to 24-hour live-in care and can either be short or long-term.

    Training will be provided so that you understand all aspects of the employee lifecycle and how to respond appropriately to requests received from internal and external customers of the Department. Duration of the course is 18 months. The working hours are 9am - 5pm 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Apprenticeship starting wage of £15,600
