Full Job Description

The role: The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the provision of an efficient and accurate Cashiering function in a robust control environment whilst providing support to colleagues in the team to ensure that operational processes and procedures are followed., Transactional management of the receipts and expense bank accounts
Liaise with care homes and customers for payments received and home banking information
Responsible for maintaining the Direct Debit Ledger
Management of the deposit suspense account
Monitoring cashier mailboxes, printing remittances, cash, banking and reconciliation.
Maintaining the remittance log
Producing refunds cheques to customer account on the finance system

Experience in an administrative role ideally within a finance team
Excellent data management skills
Ability to pick up and learn the company's financial system
