Are you confident with Microsoft Excel, Word, and skilled in customer communication (written and verbal)? If so, we'd love to hear from you!We're looking for a Finance Administrator to join our Receivables Resolution Team within our Credit Management Centre - a great team of 100+ professionals handling credit risk, control, enquiries, and pricing.About the role Reporting to the Receivables Resolution Team Leader, you'll join the Customer Enquiries team as a customer-focused Administrator, where you'll investigate and respond to queries related to customer accounts, invoices, and sales orders. Initially you will join in the Enquiries team but may include the other departments if the need arises.You will also:

  • Manage and update customer records in Salesforce
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain strong customer relationships
  • Log actions clearly to keep customer profiles up to date
  • Work towards team KPIs and SLAs
  • Identify and drive process improvements

    Strong skills in Excel and Word
  • Experience with Salesforce (highly beneficial)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Organised, accurate, and able to meet tight deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset and great interpersonal skills
