New Exciting opportunity for the role of the Field Service Engineer Contract Duration: 12 Months IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Working Conditions: Mandatory UK Citizenship, Travel on need basis to close by sites Profile Essential skills/experience

  • Expertise on Windows 10/11 administration
  • Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issue
  • Knowledge of PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)
  • Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployment
  • Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issue
  • Troubleshooting Office issue
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN related issue
  • Experience on Windows Imaging process using deployment metho
  • Experience in Data Migration tools and O365 One drive
  • Knowledge on One drive
  • Basic knowledge of Network and Server Administration
    • Good to have
  • SCCM Knowledge
  • Experience on Office 2016 upgrades / Deployment
  • Microsoft Windows 10/11 Certificate
  • Verbal and written proficiency in Native + English language
    • Desirable skills/knowledge/experience As applicable
