Field Service Engineer - South Central

Field Service Engineer - Reading, UK The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, service, repair, and maintenance of our full range of coding and marking products available in the UK. The successful candidate is passionate about success, eager to develop as a Field Service Engineer, and committed to forging a long-term career with us. Typical Day

• Responding to breakdowns on customer sites, quickly performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on units to guarantee that our products operate to the required standards.
• Maintaining and growing customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication, and implementing any necessary corrective actions.
• Handling field service calls and issues that arise during field service visits in a timely and professional manner.
• Traveling daily from your home address to customer sites across the Midlands and further afield when required.
• Occasional pre-arranged nights away from home may be required.
Essential Requirements
• At least two years' experience in a technical or engineering customer service or field service role.
• A proven track record of working in a field service capacity in a customer-focused environment, with problem-solving experience in electronics, electro-mechanical, or a relevant technical discipline.
• A full UK driving licence.
