As a Field Service Engineer youll be out in the field making sure our environmental municipal civil and utilities assetsstay in top condition. From urgent breakdowns to scheduled maintenance youll play a vital role in keeping our clients operational.
+ Diagnose repair and maintain DGEMC-owned assets including specialist utilities equipment(Road Sweepers Tankers Grabs RCVs Tippers & Specialist Vehicles/Equipment)
+ Respond swiftly to service calls ensuring downtime is minimised
+ Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
+ Maintain accurate electronic work records via PDA
+ Carry out PMI inspections and complete reports
+ Manage your own time and stock levels efficiently

Were looking for a hands-on technician with a problem-solving mindset. If you love working independently and thrive in a dynamic on-the-go role this is for you!
+ Level 2 mechanical or engineering qualification (or equivalent)
+ Full valid UK driving licence
+ Strong experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
+ Confident diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and electrical faults
+ Competent in the use of diagnostic equipment
+ Class 2 HGV licence desirable but not essential
+ Great communicator and able to prioritise workload
