- Install, maintain, and repair equipment or machinery at customer sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimise downtime
- Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance
- Provide clear and professional support to customers, ensuring high satisfaction
- Complete service reports, documentation, and updates in line with company procedures
- Train end users on basic equipment operation and maintenance
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. technical support, parts, and scheduling) to ensure efficient service delivery
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on-site
- Travel to various customer locations as required, sometimes at short notice Skills and Experience Skills:
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
- Competent in reading technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
- Basic IT skills for reporting and system updates
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to varying work environment Experience:
- Previous experience in a Field Service, Maintenance, or Engineering role
- Hands-on experience with installing, maintaining, or repairing technical equipment or machinery
- Familiarity with health and safety procedures and working on customer sites
- Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous
