Full Job Description
- Building and managing your own pipeline of prospective SME customers
- Speaking with business owners to understand their needs and introduce appropriate logistics solutions
- Managing activity and progress through a CRM system
- Working towards clear monthly and quarterly targets
- Onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth go-live experience
- Collaborating with operations and customer service teams to deliver a strong customer experience
This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career who is confident speaking to people, resilient when faced with rejection, and motivated by results. You'll join a fast-paced Network Sales Team, responsible for developing new business within a defined local area. No prior sales experience is required - full training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided. What matters most is attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn., This is a hands-on, people-focused role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, accountability, and being out in the field.
