You will build and leverage strong customer relationships with your local neighbourhood and community by constant selling, face to face meetings and understanding the customer needs. You will onboard new customers effectively and successfully whilst ensuring close working relationships with existing accounts and tracking activity using salesforce. You'll work closely with your distribution partner/driver for your neighbourhood to create a strong team for the community, whilst delivering profitable volume growth and hitting targets. You will monitor competitor market activity and proposition to ensure we are offering our customers the best solutions and insight.We are looking for someone to win new business but also maximise sales through our existing customers. It would be great if you came from a Field Sales/ Account Management background and be commercially astute, technically proficient in excel and have experience building and maintaining relationships.
