Full Job Description

We are looking for a confident, friendly and motivated Field Sales Agent to join our team.

There's no cold calling or door knocking involved. All appointments are pre-booked and confirmed by the manager, meaning you'll be visiting customers who have already shown an interest in our products. These are warm leads, giving you the opportunity to focus on the customer and the sale rather than finding your own appointments.

As a Field Sales Agent, you will visit customers in their homes, discuss their requirements and provide advice on the products and services available. You'll build a great relationship with customers, understand what they are looking for and help them find the right solution.

No previous sales experience is required, as full paid training and ongoing support will be provided.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated by earning potential. With commission and performance-related bonuses, there is a high earning potential for those who are driven and willing to put the work in.

What we offer:

£35,000+ annual earnings (performance related)

Commission and bonuses

Full paid training provided

Pre-booked, confirmed warm appointments

High earning potential

Friendly and supportive team

Field-based role
