Beiersdorf (e.g FOS displays) Interacting with key stakeholders in the business to ensure a full communication flow ensuring clarity on strategic priorities, retailer objectives and PICOS Monitoring of stock levels and taking actions such as correcting book stock errors Feeding back on promotions to ensure compliance in store Delivery of monthly and annual intervention value translating to Net Sales value by retailer, reporting on progress To ensure that all tools and systems in place e.g Trax are utilised Full understanding of each retailers' expected standards of performance and conduct within store To promote the company image by always correctly representing Beiersdorf's core values to all customers. Reporting Input all interventions at a store level to ensure full value is captured Feedback to Regional Field Operations Manager on interventions delivered in store Report back to National Account Manager's on any compliance issues in store for their retailer Regularly report on any
