Full Job Description

  • Deliver exceptional in-store execution and achieve KPI targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key retail contacts.
  • Ensure promotional compliance, availability, and merchandising standards.
  • Identify and deliver sales growth opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights.
  • Accurately record interventions and utilise field technology systems.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Beiersdorf's values and reputation.

    Experience within retail, field sales, merchandising, or FMCG environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Comfortable using reporting systems and mobile technology.
  • You must be able to drive.
