FIELD MARKETING MANAGER / TEAM LEADER - IMMEDIATE START!

First is looking for a motivated and driven Field Marketing Manager to lead, support and grow a successful team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with leadership qualities, a strong work ethic and the ambition to achieve a high level of earnings.


You'll be responsible for motivating and developing your team, generating customer appointments and helping drive performance, while also earning through your own personal pitches and your team's results.



  • £110 per personal pitch

  • £20 override on every team pitch - earn from your team's performance as well as your own!

  • Company Toyota Hybrid provided - with servicing and insurance paid for by the company, meaning no petrol costs!

  • Support package of at least £350 per week for the right person

  • Weekly pay

  • Fantastic earning potential with personal and team earnings

  • Lead, motivate and develop your own team
