Full Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Manager maintain a close working relationship with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the regional PPM completion team, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 10 - 12 field based engineers.
You will be required to oversee the water services team, ensuring work is organised correctly and KPI targets for completion are not missed. This includes cooling tower cleaning and disinfecting, water tank cleaning, closed system testing and dosing and general Legionella Control.
Knowledge and experience should include operations of a water treatment plant, COSHH and safe handling of chemicals, swimming pools and minor plumbing experience., You will also be required to carry out training of staff on all associated legionella PPM tasks.
You will be required to oversee large contracts operationally and attend review meetings with the client and the sales team to review performance and KPI's.
The qualifications and training required to allow you to perform this role successfully include GCSEs or equivalent (with a pass in Math, English ), HTM - 04 ( hospital regs ), legionella awareness ( working towards your C &G in legionella for Managers ) and as a minimum IOSHH working safely ( working towards IOSHH for managers ).
