You will be working as part of a team to undertaking spot checks on care workers within the field. Support the ambassadors and complete competency checks. Customer service reviews. Assisting with completing carers and clients' weekly rotas Helping with business development. Supervising Care services. Providing care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures. On Call Duties- evening & weekends to be carried out on a rota. Deliver high quality care to our customers., Split Job role- 20 hours office based and 20 hours in the community.
