• Supervise and support
Care & Support Assistants across Birmingham developments
• Conduct
staff supervisions, competency assessments, and spot checks
• Support the Care Performance Manager with service delivery and team management
• Carry out
Homeowner reviews and care plan updates
• Ensure care services meet
quality, compliance, and safeguarding standards
• Work with a
multi-disciplinary team to maintain effective communication and service delivery
• Assist with
administration and reporting to support care management
• Participate in the
out-of-hours on-call rota

2 years' UK experience in care (We do not offer sponsorship)
• Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
Desirable:
• Willingness to work towards
Level 3 Health & Social Care
• Experience supervising or mentoring care staff
• Knowledge of UK
domiciliary or community care services Skills:
• Strong
communication and leadership skills
• Excellent
organisation and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work
independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work
remotely or from development offices
