Field Care Supervisor

Every day as a Field Care Supervisor is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing. You will:

• Supervise care teams to support people staying independent in their own homes
• Ensure personal care is delivered with dignity and respect
• Promote companionship and reassurance through team guidance
• Oversee assistance with medication, mobility, and mealtimes
• Lead and mentor a trusted, close-knit, local team
  
  Experience in care? Brilliant. New to supervision but already have solid care experience? That's great too. What matters most is your passion for high-quality care and your ability to lead and support others with heart.
We're looking for people who are:
• Naturally caring, compassionate and committed to person-centred support
• Strong leaders who inspire and motivate care teams
• Reliable, organised and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced field-based role
• Confident in overseeing care delivery, conducting assessments, spot checks and reviews
• Eager to develop others through mentoring, training and hands-on support (with our full training and ongoing development)
• Experienced in care (ideally with supervisory exposure or ready to step up), with a good understanding of care standards, safeguarding and regulations
