Full Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in our Eastbourne branch. Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area. Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor:
- Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
- Ability to deliver high standards of care
- Participate in the paid on-call rota
- Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans
- Building relationships with care staff and service users
- Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
- Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required
Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (essential) - Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred)
