  • Proactive - assessing client's care plans & keeping records are accurate
  • Liaising - communicating closely with colleagues
  • Supportive -supervising Care Assistants & supporting their development
  • Responsible - providing care to clients when required, Pension scheme

  • What you'll be doing...
  • Conducting spot checks and quality audits on care staff
  • Supporting new staff through shadow shifts and competency assessments
  • Carrying out client reviews and risk assessments
  • Investigating and resolving complaints or concerns
  • Providing hands-on care support when needed
  • Mentoring and coaching care staff
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC standards
  • Attending safeguarding meetings and MDT reviews
  • Maintaining detailed supervision records

    Proven experience in providing care to people with a range of conditions
  • An understanding of person-centred care & support provision
  • Excellent communication &strong teamwork skills
  • Experience in a supervising & coordinating staff
  • IT literacy
  • Patience, compassion & a positive attitude
  • A responsible, dedicated & flexible approach to your work
  • The ability to prioritise & multitask
  • A driving licence & access to a vehicle
  • You'll receive advanced training from our exclusive Alina Homecare Academy Team where you'll learn how to deliver our high quality care so no previous experience or qualifications are required. The role is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.,
