- Supervise and support care assistants in the field
- Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and quality monitoring
- Complete and review care plans and assessments
- Conduct new customer assessments
- Audit care notes and documentation
- Work closely with Coordinators and Management
- Join a paid, supported on-call rota once per month
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) - Domiciliary care experience
- Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
- Strong organisation and communication skills
