Full Job Description
As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across our community services, leading by example in the field and supporting both service users and care colleagues. You'll combine hands-on care with supervision and quality assurance, spending most of your time in the community with some office-based duties. You'll:
- Support and review individual care packages, including needs and risk assessments
- Work with Care Coordinators to support effective rota planning
- Supervise, mentor, and support Care Assistants in the field
- Shadow new starters and carry out observations and competency checks
- Take part in multi-disciplinary reviews and complete accurate records You'll be a trusted senior presence, helping to maintain high standards of care and support team development.

Pay: £13.60- £13.70 per hour, plus 30p per mile fuel allowance Shifts: Full-time and part-time positions available (9 am - 5 pm) , with an element of on-call duty including alternative weekends.
