Participate in the paid on-call rota Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans Building relationships with care staff and service users Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required Here at Care Outlook, we offer our Field Care Supervisors the following: Salary £26,000 - £28,000 per annum £350 Refer a Friend Bonus
- Company issued mobile phone Excellent Training for Care Certificate & ongoing professional development 20 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays Opportunity to work in an expanding leading home care provider Examples of the client's needs you will be supporting with as a Field Care Supervisor: Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.) Performing light housekeeping tasks. Observing, monitoring and record keeping. We are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join us who are: 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people Flexibility to cover on-call to meet the needs of the business (essential)
Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (preferred) Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (preferred) Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred) NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred) If you have the skills and experience listed above and are interested in working for an organisation that can really make a difference to people's lives, then this could be your next role!
