Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor in Hereford, you'll use your experience to actively and positively support our Care Assistants and ensure the smooth running of our award winning Home Care services. As a Field Care Supervisor at Alina Homecare, you'll be:

• Proactive - assessing client's care plans & keeping record accurate
• Liaising - communicating closely with your colleagues
• Supportive - supervising Care Assistants & supporting their development
• Responsible - providing care to clients when required
  
  You don't need previous experience as a Field Care Supervisor, but you'll need proven experience in providing care to people with a range of conditions. • A driving licence & access to a vehicle
