- Undertaking spot checks on care workers within the field
- Support the ambassadors and complete competency checks
- Customer service reviews
- Assisting with completing carers and clients' weekly rotas helping with business development
- Supervising care services
- Providing care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures
- On Call Duties - On a rota basis shared with other office members
- Deliver high quality care to our customers
Alcedo Care Southport are expanding and looking to recruit a full time experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to strengthen our team at a completetive pay rate of £15.00 per hour plus pension and plus holiday pay! PLEASE BE AWARE, ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE LEVEL 3 QUALIFIED IN HEALTH & SOCIAL, HAVE A FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE AND ACCESS TO THEIR OWN VEHICLE - NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT TYPE. Must have flexible availability to work out in the field, along with office days.
