Full Job Description
This is a care-led leadership position where your empathy, professionalism, and commitment to quality will shine. As Field Care Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting our care assistants, ensuring high standards of service, and helping our customers live safely and independently in their own homes. What You'll Do
- Provide care cover for sickness/ annual leave, be the start up team for new customers
- Set the highest standards of care delivery and represent the company with your professionalism
- Conduct care competencies and spot checks
- Mentor and support care staff in the field
- Liaise with customers and families to ensure satisfaction
- Uphold compliance and quality standards
- Contribute to rota planning and shift coordination
- Participate in on-call support duties as part of a rotating schedule (with a daily bonus payment in addition to base salary). Why Join Bluebird Care?
