Full Job Description
As a Field Care Supervisor you will: · Write and update new and existing care plans · Coaching and mentoring care colleagues · Attending care reviews · Supporting the on-call service on a rota basis · Providing "hands on" care and support · Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients, family members, colleagues, and other professionals. · Utilise technology to deliver quality care. · Uphold the principles of Altogether Care's values. · Ensure the implementation of safe working practices. · Be part of a truly caring and processional team that support you as well as we would our clients.
