Smollan is seeking a Field Brand Ambassador to become the face of Mondelez in your territory (Nottingham, Ilkeston, Hucknall and surrounds). This permanent, field-based role is 24 hours per week with a salary of £15,862.08 per year, plus up to 15% quarterly bonus and OTE up to £18,241.
You will:
- Merge merchandising standards with negotiation skills
- Build relationships with store managers
- Implement planograms
- Drive in-store visibility and promotional compliance across your territory
