Banana Moon Day Nurseries in the UK is seeking a proactive Compliance Officer to ensure franchise nurseries meet regulatory standards across the region. The role involves regular travel to sites, delivering self-audits, safeguarding checks, and supporting centres to stay inspection-ready.
You will build strong relationships with franchisees and nursery managers, report compliance trends to the Head of Compliance, and work with Training & Development to target gaps.
