Full Job Description
As a Wake Night Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the individuals during the night to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Providing support when needed, including assisting with night-time care routines.
- Responding to emergencies or incidents that may arise during the night.
- Maintaining a calm and secure environment, helping to create a peaceful atmosphere for the individuals.
- Assisting with light domestic tasks as required, such as tidying and cleaning communal areas.
- Recording incidents or changes in the individuals' condition and ensuring accurate documentation is kept.
- Working independently throughout the night, maintaining vigilance and attention to detail. This role requires a calm, reliable, and responsible individual who can work effectively overnight to provide high-quality care and support.

We provide people with the right support to assist them in developing coping techniques which can make a noticeable difference in their everyday lives.
